OTC welcomes back the founder of Marley's Mutts, Zach Skow. Zach founded his nonprofit organization back in 2009 with the purpose of providing second chances. He has since implemented the Pawsitive Change® Prison Program and Miracle Mutts® Therapy Dog Program.
