Caleb Bolton was born into a life of painting, and it was only a matter of time before it would become a business. However, Caleb never wanted to do it full time and it all changed after his first garage floor. Epoxy coatings became the route Caleb took in the painting world due to the love of the process, the product, and the results!
Chad Horton was born and raised in Bakersfield California, attended Centennial High School and graduated in 2003. After High School Chad went to the Airforce where he was stationed in Germany and served two tours supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. During this time Chad met his Wife Brittney who is also from Bakersfield. Prior to HB Epoxy Chad had 15 years in the Oil and Gas industry fulfilling positions in operations and sales management.
Chad explains to Troy why he decided to quit his job and how his and Caleb's opposites in experience lead them to the creation of HB Epoxy. They walk us through their process and the different types of materials they use as well as the different opportunities they have had to showcase their work. Even though they are a fairly new company they have a lot of future opportunities and plans!
