As we continue through the Gospel of Mark, we see how Peter and the disciples struggle to recognize Jesus for who He truly is. Like them, many remain blind to His person and His work, often viewing Him through the lens of their greatest needs or desires. Yet for the Christian, a day will come when our vision will be made clear, and we will sing with clear eyes—seeing Christ as our ultimate desire, the One we want the most.
