In this episode, I dive into the concept of our daily thoughts and how they shape the narrative of our lives. I start by sharing a striking statistic: we have between 60,000 and 80,000 thoughts daily, with 80% to 90% being repetitive and predominantly negative. This realization led me to a powerful metaphor: if we write a book in our minds daily, what kind of book are we writing?

What is your "daily book" revealing about you?  Are the thoughts uplifting and empowering, or do they serve to tear you down? What would someone learn about you if they read the book of their thoughts from that day? Are you reinforcing a negative narrative or celebrating your growth and resilience?

You can choose the story you tell yourself and create a narrative that reflects your true potential.
