Description

During a recent live podcast recording, we discussed limiting beliefs and how they can hold us back. I shared my belief that we should focus on building a relationship with them rather than trying to eliminate these beliefs. Our subconscious mind's primary job is to keep us safe, and often, it clings to outdated beliefs that no longer serve us. I likened this to cleaning out a cluttered closet filled with clothes we no longer wear—much like our minds can be filled with old thoughts and stories that don't represent who we are today.

As we approach spring, I encouraged listeners to reflect on their "closets"—the beliefs and thoughts that take up mental space but no longer fit who they are. I emphasized the importance of recognizing these limiting beliefs, understanding their origins, and ultimately releasing them to make room for new, empowering beliefs that align with our current selves and future aspirations.
