I also touch on the significance of identity work, urging listeners to envision the person they aspire to be and to act as if they are already that person. By shifting our mindset and embodying the qualities of our future selves, we can break free from the constraints of waiting for readiness. I provide practical steps for listeners to visualize their goals and take immediate action, regardless of their current feelings of preparedness.
