In this episode, I share some thoughts on how self-sabotage is not merely a sign of weakness or failure, but rather a form of self-protection driven by our subconscious mind. When we find ourselves on the brink of progress, it's common to experience a pullback into old patterns. I want to help you understand why this happens.
I challenge the traditional narrative around self-sabotage by encouraging listeners to ask more empowering questions. Instead of questioning, "Why am I doing this?"—which can lead to feelings of shame—I suggest we ask, "What is my subconscious trying to tell me?" This shift in perspective allows us to uncover the limiting beliefs that often disguise themselves as self-sabotage.
