Description

In this episode, I'm excited to dive into the fascinating topic of the nervous system and its role as our internal GPS. I want to explore how our nervous system influences our ability to pursue our goals, particularly in the context of writing a book. As my publishing house expands and I embark on my next solo project, I reflect on the importance of feeling safe in our pursuits. If our nervous system perceives those goals as unsafe, we will struggle to move forward.

Our conscious mind can set a direction, but it is our nervous system and subconscious mind that ultimately determine whether we feel safe pursuing that direction. I highlight the staggering fact that our conscious mind processes only a tiny fraction of the information available to us, which can be overwhelming yet empowering. This means that there is so much more potential within us that we may not even be aware of.
