Lisa Ann Wright hails from northern Virginia where she grew up listening to all the music she could from punk to the singer/songwriters of the 1970’s and the country music of the time. So far she’s released a full album and an EP. Lisa’s songs are fun and topical and moving. Lisa brings light to hard topics without losing gravitas. She brings together excellent musicians to perform songs that address the issues of our time with directness and lightness at the same time.
Lisa and Baruch have a very frank discussion about some of the political issues in the fore in the United States, and we’ll be listening to songs from Lisa’s album Sweet Bye & Bye and her EP Here I Am.
