In 2015, together with his brother Jim, Chris McCann, Chief Executive Officer, 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. helped formally establish Smile Farms Inc. as a non-profit organization dedicated to creating meaningful job opportunities in agricultural settings for individuals with differing abilities. Smile Farms is a 501(c)3 organization serving hundreds of adults and youth across its eight campuses and is the signature philanthropic partner of 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc.
