Today I am trying something a little different.  First off I want to give a huge thank you to all that are listening, your comments keep me going when I wake up a see less progess then I would prefer to see.  I am also doing a Q & A episode where I answer three of the questions that I have received.  Hopefully you like the episode. Please let me know if you like them in the blog or on facebook so I will know to continue them or not.

Today I answer questions about:

natural fats and artifical fats and how much one should eat to maintain good health and control weight

my thoughts on supplement use and protein shakes while using exercise programs

my thoughts on the importance of knowing where your food comes from and some ways to find properly grown and raised food

the importance of learning and that we should be constant learners and some sourses that I use to learn
