Last week I worked in the chiropractic clinic I used to work at. The other doctor went on vacation and asked me to fill in while he was gone. While in Las Vegas again and seeing all those patients that live in such a stressful environment and driving again in that traffic made me think about all the stress that is present in cities and decided to return to one of the basics of health, understanding the stress response and trying to reduce it as much as possible. This show is for the new and the old listeners. This stuff never gets old we must understand the physiological effects of chronic stress.
