Today is an episode about how the effects of chiropractic care parallel the effects of proper internal dialogue on global physiology. The way our bodies function in a global manner are effected the same way with positive mind thoughts and what I call, positive body thoughts.
What are positive body thoughts and negative body thoughts? I return to those so important words that should become everyday vocabulary when we are talking about wellness.
Positive body thoughts - Proprioception, which literally mean receptors for oneself, they let us know where we are in space. Proprioception is a essential nutrient if we want to find wellness and health
Negative body thoughts - Nociception, which are receptors of noxious stimuli that can induce physical pain however more often then not does not elicit physical pain.
