This episode explores teacher professional development (PD) and argues, for all teachers but especially for primary school teachers, that what currently stands as PD isn't very effective. It advocates for change and suggests that CPD needs to occur in schools with expert guidance and involve teachers in the twin roles of learner and teacher.
