This podcast asks if, in aspiring for pedagogical change, we need to be more aware of what we can (and should change) and what is too firmly imbedded in the practices of the department, school, or subject area to tackle at present. That is not to say that change shouldn't happen (in my opinion it must) but that we should remember that Rome wasn't built in a day.
