20250506 Herbies Community Cooking Corner

Participants joined me for another cooking adventure. This time: Garlic bread Pizza. If you cook along, you need the following:
- 1 loaf French baguette or Italian bread
- 1/4 C unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasonings or oregano
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional-for a bit of heat)
- 1 Cup marinara sauce (store bought or homemade)
- 1 1/2 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 Cups of grated parmesan cheese
- **toppings of choice (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell pepper, olives, onion, etc.) **
- **fresh basil leaves (optional for garnish) **
- Preheated oven at 375 Degrees
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper or light cooking spray
- Knife
- Mixing bowl
