Narrated by Paul Frees of The Haunted Mansion fame, Adventure Thru Inner Space opened as a key attraction of the New Tomorrowland of 1967. Sponsored by Monsanto, the ride was based on the premise that passengers in their Atommobiles were shrunk down to the size of a snowflake in order to explore the wonders of inner space.
