Nintendo finally announced they will be holding their first Nintendo Direct of the new year! They will be discussing upcoming Nintendo Switch games, including Fire Emblem: Three Houses. What else will we see announced? Activision Blizzard also began massive layoffs ahead of their quarterly earnings, with plans to release more than 800 employees.

Anthem is just over a week away now, and we've gotten hands on with the VIP Demo and the Open Demo weekend. We're giving our initial impressions of the game, as well as discussing the roadmap laid out by the developers as to what is to come in the end game and in the coming months.
