Hello and welcome to the first episode of Joy! My name is Sasha, and I'll be your host for the next 12 weeks. In this episode, I introduce myself and the themes that I will be exploring in the upcoming weeks. We briefly cover the difference between joy & happiness, the concept of "flow," the positive psychology movement & Martin Seligman, as well as the biological benefits of experiencing joy. I hope you en_joy_ and stay tuned for episodes every Friday at 12pm!
