Jinnerfer Strother was born in Saint Louis, currently resides in Las Vegas. She is the oldest of three children, and the only one with a visual impairment. Her mother is an artis and her father is retired Navy and city foreman. Jinnerfer has never allowed blindness to get in the way of anything that she is wanted to do in life. She was taught that she can do all things through Christ and has never been able to process the meaning. She is a mother, motivational speaker and other attributes.
