Today's guest is the Assistant Athletic Director at Xavier high School - Dan DeConti. Dan is a great friend who has a great family, wife Nicole and children Jack and Grace, and who has been a part of Xavier High School as a coach, teacher, and administrator since he was 22 years old. Dan and I have a great conversation about his development as a leader and his personal leadership goals moving forward. In addition, Dan shares his valuable thoughts on the importance of relationship building in leadership.
