Anusha, Claire, Victoria, and Thrisha (speaking order) come together to discuss the University of South Carolina's response to the Palestinian Humanitarian Crisis. Across campus, students and faculty have felt waves of silence, intimidation, and bias when speaking about Palestine. We discuss USC's response through a variety of topics, ranging from one-sided statements by USC administration to hate incidents experienced by Palestinian students on campus. Our discussion sparks many questions related to democracy, advocacy, and the role of universities in times of genocide.
