Paul English, Willie Nelson's longtime drummer and friend has passed away. English played and traveled with Willie Nelson longer than just about anyone. He was more than a drummer, he was Willie Nelson’s best friend and also handled many of the duties of the tour, including security and collecting the payment. Paul English played on several of Willie Nelson’s classic albums including “The Redheaded Stranger” and “Stardust.” He was kind enough to give us this interview that broadcast on the radio which was arranged by Mickey Raphael.
