Wow, it's Unwise Girls, after all this time! Remember how we're really into Reyna as a character now? Well, that's still true, but you have to wonder just how much the book itself cares about devoting the time for her to have a character arc that can actually end satisfyingly. Besides that, we also discuss mysterious Nico level-ups, dubious horse friendships, our real main character Blackjack, keeping the educational element in mind, domesticated centaurs, a brief detour into pigeons, baseball bat origins, the long shadow of Son of Neptune that still hangs over us, the proverbial ticking clock becoming not-so-proverbial, tattoo teens, the loose and uncertain theming of the series so far, and a potential comedy duo for the next series!
