This week, we go back to the very beginning as we start our month-long coverage of the brand new first season of Percy Jackson and the Olympians. After a brief discussion on Riordan's lackluster statement on the continued colonization and genocide of Palestinians by Israel, we discuss what changes are necessary for adapting a book into a TV show, our initial impressions of the cast, the Disneyfication of all media, and about a bajillion other ridiculous little things too - it's a long one, folks, so sit back and earn some kleos!
