Description

I recently had an experience that triggered my worst fear - being buried alive. As my nightmare unfolded, every fiber of my being wanted to run away, but my heart told me to stay. In that moment I chose to submit to my heart, and what I found was light in the darkness that liberated me from a particular bondage that went all the way back to my birth experience.

The pit is not a one time experience or a giant crater in our soul. The pit is something we experience over and over again and it has many caverns and tentacles that go deep inside us, some deeper than others.

We need NOT go looking to dig up each cavern of our pit to try to turn the light on and clean it out. We simply need to be clear on exactly who we are striving to become at this stage of our journey. As we walk the path up the mountain to become that person, we will most certainly encounter the specific cavern(s) of our pit that we must be liberated from in order to reach our destination.

Who are you targeting becoming? What does that next version of you look like?

What is in the way right now of you becoming that person?

How deep is that particular cavern of your pit?
