Despite it being normal and important, there is so much stigma, misinformation and lack of support surrounding menstrual health. As more women become empowered to speak up and take ownership over their periods, there are other experts out there guiding women to navigate period health in the best way possible.
In today’s episode, I talk to Favin Gebremariam, director of coaching strategy and a part of the WW who was able to jump start her own health journey and regain her confidence.
During our conversation we both talk about the power of good friendships, how her mixed race background impacts her idea of beauty, navigating a white society growing up, trying to fulfill expectations as women and how to approach privilege from a place of grace.
