Dante Jimenez is the founding chairman of the Philippines' premiere anti crime and corruption non profit organization, Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC). The VACC was founded in 1998 and is the amalgamation of the different heinous crimes experienced by victims and their families, including the brother of Mr. Jimenez who was killed in the 90's because of mistaken identity.
