… digital decluttering!😲
OK, so it isn’t really that scary (I promise!).
But if you are hesitant to dive into this particular form of decluttering, we’re going to talk about 3 steps to make it less daunting.
✔️Step 1: Make a list.
Decide what digital decluttering tasks you want to accomplish, such as:
✔️Step 2: Start simple.
Notice your “lowest hanging fruit.”
Especially if you’re not comfortable with technology, don’t get overwhelmed by a big project.
Start small by doing something like placing your first online grocery order for pickup or delivery. Or create a Dropbox account and make folders to organize your important documents.
✔️Step 3: Celebrate!

Accomplishing even something small can give you more time to breathe and nourish your mind, body and spirit.
