Hello...thanks for listening!

This will be a Bonus episode as I want to wish Introverts a Happy World Introvert Day-JAN 2!
I found out later in life that I was/am an introvert and I am so grateful that I did! "Better late than never!"
One of my fave Dr. Maya Angelou quotes "When you know better, you do better."
Before this knowledge I never recharged and with that along with working in extroverted jobs and being a caretaker for fourteen years I had poor mental health and bouts with depression.
I name some of my fave resources that have helped me regarding introversion and I also name a lot of podcast episodes that I have in which I share my journey as well as tips and information that have helped me immensely. :)
This is an 'accessible' podcast! Here is the transcript via Castmagic!
You can play this podcast directly from this link as well as access the transcript.
Thanks, Erin Perkins with MabelyQ for 'schooling' me on transcripts for the Deaf Community!
I hope you enjoy this episode!
