Are you in the INNOVATOR phase of your pet biz? I have identified 4 key phases that every pet business owner goes through to get from Day 1 to the FREEDOM to make decisions outside the day-to-day operations of your business. The first phase is the STARTER. This might be someone starting from scratch, this might be someone who is ready to leave the app cattle call, and this might be someone who has been in business for a while that just needs a bit of a "business tune-up".
The second phase is the GROWER. They realize they are the "lid" on their business and strategically hire and grow their business.
The third phase is the EXPANDER. This is a phase that many pet businesses don't grow past. You have to step outside your comfort zone and learn ALL. THE. THINGS. It is the "business-ey" stage where you build and implement everything necessary for your business to run without out you.
The last phase we are talking about this week is the INNOVATORS. This is where you can really have fun and achieve the FREEDOM you have been looking for! Don't get me wrong...you can still run the business, walk the dogs, snuggle the kitties, and whatever else you want to do....but you can CHOOSE to do it!
Take a listen on this last phase of the FREEDOM FORMULA. Does it sound like you or are you excited to get there?
