Client Feedback prompts (I'm using the form from my mastermind - just change it up for your own program and tweak to make your own):
- Client name and title
- How has the mastermind changed your thoughts and beliefs about yourself and your biz?
- How has the mastermind changed how you show up, and what you do in your biz?
- Basically… how has the mastermind changed you and your business?
- What is your favourite part about the mastermind? (Or several.)
- What is now happening in your biz that wasn’t before… and/or what now feels possible that didn’t before?
- Why are you happy you followed the pull and said yes to this experience?
- What would you say to someone thinking about joining the mastermind?
- Anything else you’d like me to know?
- Have you attached a pic in your email that I can use on the sales page?
