Jack Ryan gets a re-boot with the lovely Chris Pine in the title role. We see Jack’s beginnings as a PHD student turned Marine turned CIA analyst and enjoy a by-the-numbers action romp featuring the excellent Kiera Knightley and Kenneth ‘of course I speak Russian’ Brannagh.
