In Psalm 33 we see the exhortation for us to sing praise to God with joy and to exalt his character. Pastor Jonathan highlights the command to sing in this Psalm. It commands us to sing praise to God and then for the rest of the Psalm we see why we ought to want to sing praise to God. This text is meditating on God and his work. This is who he is and what he does, and when that truth is put before our minds and hearts, it compels us to praise him. We’ve been compelled. That’s my hope for us this morning.
