We have a choice. Either an overflowing abundance or just a little. One or the other. We choose.
Do we want to experience love in abundance, both receiving and giving love, or will we choose to live with just a little?
No catch. We get to choose.
Well maybe there is a bit of a catch. How honest are we willing to get about ourselves? How open are we to seeing Jesus for who he really is?
This Sunday we get to look at another beautiful, but challenging picture of Jesus in the Gospel of Luke. To prepare read, meditate on, and pray through Luke 7:36-50. Ask yourself how aware and honest you are about your true motives, desires, and fears. If you laid those bare before Jesus what do you think he would say to you?
