An orchestra can be used as a metaphor to liken the members of the church working together. To be part of a successful orchestra musicians understand: 1. Their ability is a gift. 2. Their purpose can never be fulfilled without others. 3. They are to serve others and not be not self-serving. 4. It will take hard work and needs to be fueled by passion and joy.
