Namaan’s leprosy was a private issue that he was able to cover up in his uniform, just as we can be admired in public but have nastiness in our private lives. However, God’s instructions for Namaan’s healing wasn’t what he expected, just as it isn’t in our lives. In this sermon, we learn that it is crucial that we obey God despite what we expect Him to do.
