Many centuries ago, the wise King Solomon wrote, “I observed everything going on under the sun, and really, it is all meaningless—like chasing the wind” (Ecclesiastes 1:4). At Damascus Road Community Church, we believe God did not create us to pursue meaningless goals. Deep down, the desire to better the world is embedded in our hearts, and it comes directly from God.
