Don’t miss this weekend as we launch out on a six-week journey of deep reflection as a church. We will look at how our world, our nation and our community has been impacted over the last two years. We will take a pilgrimage together discerning God’s heart for us and our future. We will rediscover our mission to be a community of light in a world facing much darkness. We will zoom out and look at the big picture, walking closely with God and with each other. My prayer is that we will see hope overtake despair, a great healing descending upon the church, a celebration of people from all backgrounds, cultures, and ethnicities, and God’s community resolute in their aim of leaving the lasting legacy of people, our neighborhoods, and our region transformed. And it all begins this weekend—something is about to happen!
