Believing in our heart, what God did for us through Jesus Christ at the cross, and then confessing with our mouth, Jesus, as Lord, opens the way for the Holy Spirit to come into our hearts and cause us to be new creations in Christ.
The initial way that we get saved is the same way that we are to continue our faith walk throughout our Christian life. Receiving God’s Word into our heart, and then bringing our mouth into agreement with what God says, is foundational to living by faith.
In this teaching, we will go into more detail to bring a better understanding of how important it is, to bring our believing, and our speaking into agreement with what God has already said in His Word about our life and our circumstances.
