Effective communication is perhaps the most difficult thing to accomplish. It’s true of an organization and it’s true of a relationship. Although difficult to achieve, effective communication is essential. Tony Gaskins once said, “Communication to a relationship is like oxygen to life. Without it … it dies.” God communicates. If he did not do this we would all perish. Just as God does with us, our communication with one another should bring life.
