The Book of Mark is unmistakably and unapologetically about Jesus. Mark writes in a direct style and focuses on Jesus as the ultimate servant of God. In this series, we want people to see Jesus. We want people to fall in love with Jesus. As a result of the series we want people to “pursue the person” of Jesus. In our spiritual journey, we all have a tendency to replace Jesus with something else. The heart of this gospel is the person of Jesus. Mark reminds us that christianity is about Christ.
