Paul now summarizes everything he has been teaching in Romans 1:18-3:8. He uses a series of quotes from the Old Testament to establish the universal and comprehensive sinfulness of mankind. He covers three main focus points; Character, Conversation and Conduct. But for some his description looks like an exaggeration because it appears true that many people seek God and perform good in the world.
