Our confessions determine our confidence.
The question is not whether Jesus has been proven but whether we will receive the evidence.
Three ways the Holy Spirit has proved Jesus:

We confess this by having confidence in the Spirit to prove Jesus.
We confess this by releasing the need to be vindicated.
