This lesson continues our study in James and this chapter is very practical and immensely spiritual. There is a severe importance to bridling our tongues and can be a clear evidence of the spiritual maturity of an individual. James then moves to the aspect of true wisdom which comes from above. Worldly wisdom is earthly, unspiritual, and devilish. Heavenly wisdom is pure and has the welfare of others at heart.
