Happy New Year! In this message, we kick off YA Nights in 2024 by “beginning with the end in mind” - not just of the year, but our lives. As Christians, we know that there is life after death, and we can have the hope of spending eternity with God in Heaven IF we understand what it means to be saved.
So, in this series, we’re breaking down the three major aspects of salvation described in the theological terms of: justification, sanctification, and glorification. In this message, we look at how if we want to live the lives God has created us to live with Him, we first have to know how we can be “declared righteous” in His sight. But Christianity, unlike any other belief-system, teaches that this can’t happen based on any good deeds we have done, but based on the good deeds of Someone Else on our behalf.
