After Bible college, David & Ranell Bond, currently residing in Hayden Idaho, served locally as Marriage and Family Pastors. For 17 years they joyfully served these areas before feeling like God was calling them to plant a church. Compel Community Church was planted in 2013 with the desire & passion to bring the Whole Truth BOLDLY to the Panhandle of North Idaho. They want church to be about JESUS. The very heart of Jesus is to have a relationship with Him, each other and then change the world!“
They have been married 28 years and are raising their family, which is, by their admission, their greatest joy! They have 4 amazing children they get the honor of raising and training up in the way they should go!
David is a Christ follower, husband, dad, Pastor, 5-time Ironman & involved with the Coeur d’Alene Ministerial Association with a great pulse on the needs of their immediate community.
Ranell is Christ follower, wife, mom, & Certified Holistic Biblical Mentor/Counselor. Ranell has identified a deep need for the uncompromised Truth of the Scriptures as the only means to true heart change & healing. In early 2023, Flourish: A Whole You was born. Her passion led her to launch a support network for the whole person: body, mind & soul. Additionally, she partners with David in leading Compel Church as well their non-profit Hope4.5k. Hope4.5k is a non-profit that exists to support adoptive families complete their international adoption.
Ranell is also in the last stages of publishing her book that tells the story of their very own personal adoption story, fittingly named: ‘Unbreakable Bond.’
In their free time both David & Ranell are finding themselves saying yes to speaking engagements that magnify God by Boldly proclaiming the name of Jesus!!
