I. He Provides

1. Like a mother who carries and comforts us. (Isaiah 46:3; 66:12-13; 49:14-15)

2. His ways and His thoughts are higher (Isaiah 55:9)

--------------------
II. He Protects

1. We can take refuge under His wings (Psalm 17:8; 57:1; 91:4)

2. Yet we are not willing (Matthew 23:37)

The remarkable thing about God is that when you fear God, you fear nothing else, whereas if you do not fear God, you fear everything else.
—Oswald Chambers

--------------------
III. He Prepares (Deuteronomy 32:10-11)

1. He shields and cares

2. He stirs up the nest

You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence (Pandemic) that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague (outbreak) that destroys at midday.
—Psalm 91:5-6

No more panic or hoarding. Let’s look out for the needs of others and bless them with the peace of God.

Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Saviour and my God.
—Psalm 42:5
