We dive into our new series, Ancient Practices for Modern Problems, and discuss the importance of Sabbath. Find out how we can apply the biblical concept of Sabbath to resolve today's restlessness and busyness and why it's still significant to apply to our daily lives.

Sabbath Challenges:
Daily Rest:
1. Take time every night to sit still and recap the day.
2. Show gratitude for today and seek guidance for tomorrow.
3. Write down what you need to do the next day.
4. Wake up the next day and thank God and spend time with Him.
5. Execute the plan from the previous night and plan on resting at the
end of the day!
Weekly Rest:
1. Plan to honor God with your presence in corporate worship.
2. Plan on spending QUALITY time with your family/friends after
worship (HAVE FUN!)
3. Select a time to reflect on the previous week (Gratitude and Guidance).
4. Look ahead and ask God to prepare you for the upcoming week and
make you productive!
