A disciple of Jesus follows Jesus and leads others to do the same.
To follow Jesus, you must…
1. Decide to follow Him (you don’t inherit it)
2. Give up your own way (humility)
3. Have compassion for others that moves you to action (burden)
Following Jesus involves two primary objectives:
1. Engaging in gospel conversations with people separated from God
2. Teaching Christians to follow Jesus and all of His teachings
